Private Lessons in Rochester, NY, Syracuse, NY and Online
About Jeff's teaching:
Jeff has spent a decade teaching young musicians. Previously, Jeff spent five years as a full-time educator in Tomball, TX (Houston area), providing private lessons to students ranging from beginners through graduating seniors and beyond. Jeff is a firm believer that private lessons are a student's opportunity to receive the necessary individualized instructor to reach their full potential and remain competitive against their peers. Jeff is currently the Low Brass Instructor at Onondaga Community College. Previous students have been admitted into the Region Band and Orchestra in Region 9 (TX), as well as countless "Superior" ratings UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest for students in grades 7-12. High school students have not only received Division 1 ratings for solos and ensembles, but also progressed to the State level as well. Graduating seniors have been offered scholarships and admission for music degrees at several colleges, including Sam Houston State University, Harding University, and Austin College, and were accepted to top bands at Texas A&M University.
