Directors and instructors for trombonists in grades 5-8 will receive concrete techniques for developing smoother legato, including defining the physical components of slurring and exercises for development. In addition to providing demonstration and etudes to use in your teaching, Dunn will discuss the first legato lesson, student practice techniques, and common issues.
