Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for lessons at my students school?
Use the "New Student Information Form" or simply contact me directly! I provide my contact information via letters home to students periodically. If you cannot find my information, use the contact form on this website.
Your student's band director may also have a form they use to sign students up for lessons; please check with them at the start of the school year. I also aim to come to registration meetings at the start of the year, so be sure to come find me and check in before leaving!

How am I billed for lessons, and how do I pay it?
Mr. Dunn emails invoices at the end of each billing cycle which reflects the anticipated lessons for the next month. Payment in full is due at the first lesson of the month. Should a lesson get missed or cancelled, it is the family's responsibility to schedule a make up. Online payment is possible through your invoice (fees apply). Cash and check payment is gladly accepted at the time of the lesson, or mailed to Mr. Dunn's address (on the invoice).

I'd like to get my student a new instrument. What should I get?
If you are interested in purchasing a new instrument for your student, please contact me! I am happy to discuss your needs, price range, and options for students of any age and grade level. Please beware, while there are plenty of fine instruments on the market today at good prices, there are also many mediocre and poor horns that span a wide range of costs! A poor quality instrument will impede your students progress and lead to much frustration on everyone's part! Many companies offer great intermediate and advanced horns at fair prices and I'm sure we can find one to suit your student's needs. Please contact me via the "Contact" page on this website.
